It’s 20 inch x 4 inch wheels deliver the road presence of a motorbike to other road users and the ability to ride straight over surfaces that traditional bikes would worry about. The Knaap eBike has been designed to give you the ability to pick up not just speed and maintain it, but a pillion passenger so you ride 2 up wherever you want.

The bike assists pedalling up to 25kph. Of course you don’t need a license plate, no liability insurance and you don’t have to wait until you’re sixteen years old. With its 180kg load capacity powered by a high torque 80Nm motor the Knaap will take two up!

Five levels of pedal assist that take you up to 25kph with a power cell that delivers a 140km range and a 180kg payload, that’s 2 x fourteen stone riders! Even fully laden it can deliver a range in excess of 48km or 30 miles.
