Can you customise the carts and trikes?
Absolutely, our highly skilled graphics team will work with you to create a design to compliment your business using specific colours and logos as required. We have customised and supplied some of the biggest brands in the world. We can help you to come up with a design if needed, or simply supply us with the necessary branding / images and we will do the rest! Additional fees may apply. Please call us for more details.
How long does it take to build a cart / trike?
As we are the manufacturers here in the UK, this means that we can turn our products around in rapid quick time! Please contact us for current availability and lead times. It can depend what time of year you make your purchase. It always gets busier prior to the summer season but we will do our utmost to make your deadline. Usually we have a turnaround of between 10 to 14 working days but please call us to discuss your timescale.
How much do you charge for delivery?
The cost for delivery anywhere UK Mainland is £180.00
We deliver all our products on our own vehicles and our driver will talk you through the operation of the tricycle. We also ship our products across the globe! Please ask for a shipping quote from our sales team.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes! We have shipped our products all around the globe! Just let us know your delivery address and we can provide a quote.
Do you offer a product warranty?
We offer a warranty of 2 years based on manufacturing faults and subject to normal wear and tear. Inappropriate handling may jeopardise warranty offered.
Can I collect from your showroom?
Yes, you are most welcome to collect from our premises in Chester by prior arrangement. Please give us a call to arrange your preferred time.
Do you offer any after sales service?
Definitely! We are happy to help with any questions you have before and after purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are happy to accept payment by Bank Transfer, Cash or Credit Card. Please note we are VAT registered.
Do I need a license to trade?
You only require a licence if you intend to trade on council land or council property. This is relatively straight forward, most local councils should issue you a hawkers or street trading licence upon application and are very inexpensive. However, you do not need a license or council permission if you intend to trade on private property, such as markets, car boot sales, forecourts, fetes, fairs etc. If you would like some more advice on this matter, please feel free to contact us anytime. Remember, your choice of location is the key to your success.

Do I need hand-washing facilities when selling ice cream?
Officially you do not need hand-washing facilities when selling pre-packed Ice Cream or Lollys as you will not be touching the food that will be consumed by your customers. However, if you intend to sell soft scoop ice cream, you will require a Hand Wash System. We can supply this for you.
Do I need insurance?
Absolutely, we would always recommend a minimum of Public Liability Insurance and insuring the Tricycle is worth considering. There are many insurance companies around but a number of our clients have successfully used Southwater Insurance Ltd on 01403 785995.
